You will not have your updates tested safely on a staging site before going live, and you won’t receive monthly security and back-up reports. 30 minutes of additional support is provided and any further support is $75/hour.
The Premium Care plan provides you with everything needed for a strong and comprehensive maintenance plan. Your site will be constantly scanned remotely for malware, will be protected by an enhanced web application firewall, includes uptime monitoring, and your daily secure off-site backups will be encrypted. You’ll get broken page and link monitoring with fixes, but they will be fixed within one week of being detected. You’ll receive WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates every week, and these updates will be tested safely on a staging site so there’s no chance of it affecting your live site. Finally, you’ll get up to 2 hours of additional support throughout the month.
The Ultimate Care plan provides you with everything needed for a strong and comprehensive maintenance plan plus more. In addition to everything included in the Premium Care plan, you’ll receive semiweekly updates, which is twice as often as in the Premium Care plan. You’ll also get instant fixing of broken links, monthly security and backup reports, up to 4 hours of additional support each month, and any support beyond the 4 hours is charged at a reduced rate of $65/hour.
